MillenWorks’ Simulation Approach Takes Roller Coaster Design to New Heights

MillenWorks Entertainment Division is taking the company’s 15 years of experience in military ground vehicle dynamic simulations and successfully adapting it to the theme park ride market.  Its most recent project involves application of its simulation expertise to support a major United States-based roller coaster manufacturer in the testing of new design ideas prior to the physical prototype stage.

The MillenWorks team utilizes a proprietary configuration of the Matlab/Simulink modeling environment that allows for complex, multiple degree of freedom designs to be investigated at the conceptual stage.
