MACHINING MillenWorks' machining equipment includes an Okuma Cadet CNC lathe, a HAAS VF-3 CNC vertical milling machine, and manual machines with digital indicators. Our services include turning, threading, thread rolling, broaching, arbor press, milling, cut off, tapping, grinding, and assembly. We can work both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. |
|
FABRICATION MillenWorks has the capability to cut, form, and join a variety of materials. Our certified welders utilize the latest MIG and TIG welding equipment to join mild, high alloy, stainless, and high hard steels as well as non-ferrous materials like aluminum, magnesium, and titanium. We have a full complement of mechanical and manual brakes, shears, and punches to form everything from 1/8" aluminum up to 5/8" steel. |

WATERJET The waterjet is an excellent tool for cutting precise parts from many different types of materials including thin sheets of aluminum, titanium, woven composites, and ballistic glass up to several inches thick. Because the waterjet cuts with a high pressure jet of water and fine garnet abrasive, parts can be cut without imparting any heat into them, avoiding the creation of a Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). Resulting parts have a tolerance of +/- 0.005". |

ELECTRONICS MillenWorks' services include the design and fabrication of complex electronic control systems utilizing embedded microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs. Each printed circuit board (PCB) is assembled and tested in our clean, EMI controlled electronics assembly lab. We also provide high quality wiring harnesses for automotive, racing, military, high-speed communication, industrial control, and high voltage applications. |
