Advanced vehicle dynamics control is only achievable with direct computer control of various automotive systems. MillenWorks' drive-by-wire systems include engine throttle/motor torque, gear selection, steering, and braking actuation. Redundacies and error checking in critical systems ensure safe operation and graceful degradation should systems become inoperable.

MillenWorks' vehicle dynamics control systems utilize high bandwidth networks to communicate and coordinate outputs based on various sensed variables from the vehicle. MillenWorks develops application specific controllers to meet the vehicle and program requirements for performance, functionality, and cost. These controllers may be centralized, as in the case of a powertrain controller, or distributed, as with MillenWorks' damper controllers.

MillenWorks four wheel steering systems permit enhanced maneuverability and stability. In phase steering, where all four wheels turn in the same direction, helps to maintain dynamic stability during high speed maneuvers. With out of phase steering, vehicles can complete much tighter turn radii. MillenWorks systems automatically determine which mode to operate in based on a number of sensed variables and statistical data.
