Working With Us MillenWorks' customers come from a variety of industries in both the private and government sectors. MillenWorks' accounting, program management, engineering, and manfuacturing processes are tuned to the needs of individual customers. From fixed price, quick burn projects to commercial time and materials support contracts to cost plus contracts with full earned value management, MillenWorks has the infrastructure in place to support each program. MillenWorks accounting system tracks cost to the WBS and/or SOW level, allowing for tight controls over and reporting of program costs. Employees submit timesheets on a daily basis and, once released for approval, are reviewed by the cognizant program manager and functional manager to ensure the accuracy of the charges. MillenWorks constantly reviews its commercial rates to ensure competitiveness with our competitors. Similarly, MillenWorks strives to maintain competitive indirect rates. These rates are periodically audited by the Government's Defense Contract Audit Agency for accuracy and completeness. For government customers, MillenWorks currently has two different contract vehicle in place to facilitate rapid execution of the program. The first, is the Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP) II contract which is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle managed by Hill Air Force Base in Ogden, UT. The DESP II gives all Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies immediate access to design and engineering/technical support services for weapon systems, components, and support equipment. DESP II ID/IQ features
The second contract vehicle that MillenWorks offers is the U.S. Army ARL-SOCOM ID/IQ contract that is managed by the U.S. Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center. This contract vehicle has similar benefits to the DESP II contract vehicle, but is limited to a lower overall contract value. ARL/SOCOM ID/IQ features
MillenWorks is also an active participant in the U.S. government's Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) programs. As part of our commercialization strategies for many of these programs we are looking for partner companies that may been interested in developing technologies. |
