MillenWorks is headquartered in Tustin, California in the heart of Orange County. The area is home to many high tech, automotive, aerospace, and defense companies. This has created a vibrant supplier base and highly qualified job candidate pool which MillenWorks leverages to improve its competitiveness in the marketplace.

MillenWorks' Tustin facility encompasses 75,000 sq. ft. and houses engineering, manufacturing, program management, and administration staff. This colocation gives MillenWorks an edge in completing projects with aggressive timelines where intra-organization communication is essential.

Nearly 40,000 sq. ft. of the Tustin facility is dedicated to manufacturing activities. The manufacturing facility boasts state-of-the-art equipment, like manual and computer controlled machining equipment, a water jet cutter, MIG and TIG welders, surface plates, EMI controlled electronics assembly stations, and metrology equipment along with the highly trained manufacturing personnel required to operate the equipment. The metrology lab includes a Platinum FaroArm portable CMM, a Brown and Sharp CDD (Computer Direct Drive) CMM, a Starrett Computerized Optical Comparator HB400 With QC4000 Software, Rockwell harness tester, and various calibrated gauges, pins, and blocks.

The manufacturing facility also houses various pieces of critical test equipment including a heavy duty shock dynamometer, a tire test rig, a chassis dyno, a large computer controlled oven for powertrain and electronics development, and various System Integration Labs (SILs) specific to different programs.

The engineering facility accounts for nearly 10,000 sq. ft. and similarly houses an experienced staff of engineers and state-of-the-art equipment including top-of-the-line computers, software, a 1 Gibabit ethernet network connecting all computers in the facility, and 5 Terabytes of storage which is backed up nightly. Engineering software includes SolidWorks and Pro/Engineer 3D CAD systems, ANSYS DesignSpace, COSMOS Motion, Pro/Mechanica Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Matlab Simulink for custom simulations, CarSIM, TruckSIM, and a variety of other packages as needed to support various programs.
